This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the Who Pays? mobile application ("App").

The App works without account registration. Name lists, settings, and history entered in the App may be stored locally on your device.

Some technical data may also be processed by third-party services:
- Google AdMob: may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, and approximate location for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
- Google Play Billing: processes purchase-related information via Google Play infrastructure to validate in-app purchases.

2) How Information Is Used
Information may be used to:
- Provide and maintain App functionality
- Improve performance and stability
- Deliver ads and measure ad performance
- Validate in-app purchase transactions
- Comply with legal obligations

3) Data Sharing
Your personal data is not sold.
Data may be shared only with:
- Service providers (Google AdMob, Google Play Billing)

- Local App data is stored on your device.
- Retention periods for third-party processed data are subject to the policies of those providers.
